Jakarta's Flyover n Underpass

Jakarta is busy building flyovers and underpasses all around the city, they say that this can reduce our crazy traffic jams. Actually at some level it works, but still don't solve the problem.

I believe they use our tax money to build these bridges, but I realize something fishy.
I live in pancoran area, so I use the new flyover from tendean, kuningan and pancoran. These three flyovers have one purpose, to serve our pricey toll roads.

If you go from tendean to pancoran its a two lane street but suddenly one lane is strictly for the Jalan Tol. Does Jasa marga pay for this fly over? I don't think so. If they want a lane for the highway then make the bridge three lane street, don't steal one lane for the public road !!!. I think this is the worst case.

Another example is the kuningan flyover, if you go from semanggi to pancoran at afternoon jam, then you should realize that the right lane will go directly to the toll road. The same thing with the pancoran flyover.

If the traffic is not heavy and the toll booth is not that slow, then its fine. But these toll booths are the source of traffic jams.

my office it at Blok M area and at evening traffic jams it can takes more than 1,5 hours to get to my house in pancoran. This is crazy!!!!. To compare, my journey from home to office at morning traffic jam is less than 1 hour. Because from my house to blok m, there is only one toll booth instead of two.

Big corporation steal your public utilities, So What gitu lohh???
