try to buy a house

Buying a house should be considered by everyone. It's a good investment. no need to think of buying a big large house, a simple and small house should do, anything within your budget.
After I get tired of living in two houses (not that I'm rich but between my parent's and in laws' house) My wife and I decided it's time to "move on", it's time to get settled. So begin the painstaking, backbreaking, time consuming, costly journey of searching a perfect a house.... (of course "perfect" is just a myth)
The journey started in early 2006, My wife wants the location along the Jagorawi toll road, so first we look around taman mini, cilangkap, but also kebagusan area, these are a nice area but perfect house is still an illusion, then my wife said lets try Cibubur area. at that time we saw an ad of a housing called citra indah, the price is affordable for us, so I tried to check the place out. so arm with the location map, I went there, but after a long long long long long very long long (believe me its long) journey I didn't even see the front gate of the housing, I get very frustrated and decided to turn back, the funny story is after we got home, my father in law also tried to find the place weeks before and also take a u turn, after that we met several different people who have the same experience, Wow !!! the power of advertising !!! SUCKERZZZZ (ha ha ha ha)
In Mid-late 2006 a friend offered us a housing that her husband selling in cikeas-cibubur called cibubur country, WOW.. the tough of living just doors down of the President SBY excited me, I'll be living with full fledge Generals, so we went there and shown to President's house and several other well-known Generals. but when we get to the housing site, well it was "mind boggling", holly crab !, its just an empty SITE not one house in sight its totally empty just a nice front gate is in progress, hmmmm I'm not sure I want to buy, because it can take years to actually see my house, the dream of borrowing sugar from my president neighbor is fading.
So the journey continues....
